Former Barcelona boss Luis Enrique has already held talks with Chelsea about taking over as the club’s manager, according to reports in Spain.
Current Chelsea boss Antonio Conte has come under huge scrutiny after losing his last two Premier League games to Bournemouth and Watford by an aggregate score of 7-1.
Whilst there is no sign yet that Conte is about to be sacked, Spanish outlet Sport claim that Chelsea officials want Enrique to take charge of the club in the near future.
Enrique, who left Barca at the end of last season and is currently out of work, has apparently been offered a two-and-a-half year contract at Chelsea and, if the reports are to be believed, he’ll replace Conte in the very near future.
