Chelsea are reportedly keeping tabs on Victor Wanyama’s situation at Tottenham Hotspur.
Wanyama is not being used on a regular basis by manager Mauricio Pochettino at Tottenham and, if the Daily Mail are to be believed, this has placed a number of top English sides on red alert.
The Kenyan international has not featured all too often this season and he missed the majority of the campaign with a knee injury. However, he is back in the first-team picture at Tottenham and has been playing well.
Chelsea are already well stocked with midfield options but it seems Antonio Conte is considering a move for Wanyama. It’s stated that the Italian has often highlighted the Kenyan star as a key man for Spurs.
However, if the Blues do choose the act on their apparent interest, it will not be without competition from elsewhere. Liverpool and Manchester United are both touted as potential destinations for Wanyama by the Daily Mail.
