Kante named in top 10 players of 2o17

Chelsea midfielder N’Golo Kante has been named as the 8th best player of 2017.

The Ballon d’Or ceremony has been ongoing this evening and Kante has been listed as one of the top 10 players in the world for the calendar year of 2017.

Kante ranks as the highest Premier League player, beating Tottenham Hotspur’s Harry Kane by two places.

The Frenchman has been sublime for Chelsea since joining from Leicester City and 2016 and has only gone from strength to strength.

Kante has established himself as one of the best midfielders in the Premier League and has also cemented his place in the France national team’s starting line-up.

The ex-Caen star will now hope to kick on and help Chelsea to success in the remaining chunk of the season.
