Gary Neville can't hide it: Incredible reaction to United being top

Manchester United legend Gary Neville had a brilliant response to his former side going top of the table after beating Burnley and fans will love it.

Ole Gunnar Solskjaer’s men fought for their lives and came out on top brilliantly thanks to a Paul Pogba effort.

The talented Frenchman netted the all-important winner and it meant United didn’t just become league leaders but now have a three-point gap on fierce rivals Liverpool.

Solskjaer’s stars take on the champions in the next round of Premier League and should they win there, they will only extend that gap further.

Fans have rightfully gotten carried away with the win and it seems as though Neville couldn’t contain himself either.

Burnley proved to be as difficult an opponent as many expected and the most impressive aspect of the match was how patient Manchester United were.

The players didn’t panic when they didn’t score in the early stages of the clash and kept their nerve to plug away until they got the winner.

Even after Pogba’s goal, United held their own to deny Burnley from getting a late equaliser, although it was nervier than most would’ve liked.

Nonetheless, a win is a win and whatever happens for the rest of the season won’t matter too much as fans recognise that the fact a title race is even being discussed is progress.
