Manchester United boss Ole Gunnar Solskjaer has seemingly followed through with his promise to play youngsters in the Europa League once qualification to the next round was secured.
The first-team players managed to do just that after they won in their last group fixture and so the legendary Norwegian has selected as many as 14 teenagers in the squad travelling for the clash vs Astana.
United are also believed to be leaving behind coaches Michael Carrick and Kieran McKenna to train with those who stay behind in order to prepare them for the Premier League fixture vs Aston Villa.
It makes sense to not risk any first-team players given how important it is to climb up the table and how Solskjaer can’t afford to drop points anymore.
Fans will be excited to see a young starting eleven as well and it will be even better if they secure the win.
United pretty much taking an U23s squad out to Kazakhstan. Can't help but be excited about that https://t.co/dJcrgecssR

There are some familiar faces such as Mason Greenwood, Tahith Chong, Angel Gomes and James Garner who’ve all featured for the first-team at one point or the other.
Some fans will also recognise the likes of Matej Kovar, Ethan Laird and Dylan Levitt, though it’s also safe to say anyone who watches the academy regularly will recognise all of the names in the squad.
