Manchester United star Marcus Rashford can rightfully look at his statistics for the season and wonder why he’s received so much criticism despite having a decent output.
Fans mostly jumped on the young Englishman’s back due to his uninspiring performances as a striker but the context of it all is how poorly the team were playing overall.
Supporters also believe in Rashford and so constantly have high expectations of him as they feel he can continuously do better.
The academy product though can be proud with how he’s done so far as he’s netted five times and assisted thrice in 10 Premier League games this season.
Not many 21 year olds can boast such figures and the likelihood is it’s only going to get better the more United improve overall.

Not only is Rashford putting in decent figures but he’s also scoring crucial goals much to critics’ astonishment.
Many fans felt Romelu Lukaku could never be a Manchester United player as it felt as though he never really netted at important times.
Robin van Persie wasn’t at Old Trafford for long but he cemented his place in fans’ hearts due to how he almost singlehandedly won the club’s 20th Premier League title.
