Manchester United boss Ole Gunnar Solskjaer has continued his revolution by adding members to his backroom staff as he gears up for an incredibly crucial season.
The Norwegian will be hoping to get his side firing right away as the target for the campaign must be to qualify for Champions League football.
It’ll be tough to jump right into a title tilt so there will be less pressure in that sense but fans certainly still feel the pain of last season’s failure.
Solskjaer will be aware of it for sure and so had previously warned any of his unfit stars that they’ll be dropped from the pre-season tour.
So far the former striker has opted for a backroom full of experience and ties to the club and he has continued that trend with his latest appointments.
According to the Daily Mail, Ed Leng has joined as the club’s first-team sports scientist and former Red Devil Michael Clegg as the first-team’s strength and power coach.
Thanks for the nice comments Steve – it’s a honour to be back at the club I love and one of the best club in the world. It’s certainly the job of my dreams https://t.co/2L3sTxbHyy

One of Manchester United’s main issues last season was their fitness so hopefully Clegg can resolve that problem swiftly.
The reason for the decline after Ole’s incredible start was mostly due to the players’ burning out before the campaign was over.
