Chelsea transfer target Mauro Icardi has been told by Inter Milan that he is not in their plans for next season.
According to Sky Sports, Inter have made it clear that Icardi will not be a part of their squad for the 2019/20 campaign, along with Belgium international Radja Nainggolan.
The report claims that Italian giants Juventus are interested in the forward, whilst Chelsea have been heavily linked with Icardi this year.
Icardi was stripped of the captaincy at Inter Milan midway through last season and dropped from the team for several months, after falling out with the club.
Antonio Conte has now taken over at the San Siro and one of his first jobs has been to tell Icardi that he will not be in his squad next season.
Chelsea are currently under a two-window transfer ban imposed upon them for breaching transfer regulations. However, they are still able to sign players, the only issue being that they would be unable to play for them until the 2020/21 campaign.
