Manchester United star Paul Pogba’s future has taken yet another twist after reports emerged over a desire to retire to Juventus.
The Frenchman has been expected to depart to Real Madrid all summer but nothing has materialised as yet.
The Spanish side have already wrapped up deals for the likes of Luka Jovic and Eder Militao yet have struggled to conclude a deal for the midfielder.
Perhaps it’s United’s strong stance on Pogba but there have also been reports that Madrid don’t have the money to sign anyone let alone him.
It’s believed the La Liga giant need to offload players before signing any having already spent their quite a chunk of their transfer budget.
According to the Independent, Paul is willing to return to Juventus after becoming fed up with the Red Devils’ inability to challenge for titles and Real taking their time to complete a transfer.
The Italian giant are looking to freshen things up after sacking Max Allegri and targeting their former player could help them extend their domination.
Though it’s unlikely they’ll have the cash to sign Pogba, it’s said they’re looking to throw players into negotiations to lessen Manchester United’s asking price to make a transfer more realistic.
