Manchester United are reportedly preparing a bigger offer in order to break Crystal Palace’s resolve over Aaron Wan-Bissaka.
The Englishman is said to be Ole Gunnar Solskjaer’s main defensive target of the summer but he’s struggled to secure the transfer.
Palace are obviously reluctant to let go of one of their best prospects, particularly since money isn’t so much of an issue.
All Premier League clubs make a huge amount of move through the TV deal, making it a struggle to secure signings within England itself.
Wan-Bissaka would certainly add quality to United’s defence and his potential is definitely attractive to any interested party.
According to the Mirror, the Red Devils are ready to up their offer to £50m for Aaron despite Crystal Palace wanting £60m and having recently had a £40m offer rejected.
The London club could be stubborn and hold onto their asking price but the offer Solskjaer has made seems to be the middle ground between the two clubs.
Wan-Bissaka’s arrival does put question marks over Diogo Dalot’s role given how he was meant to be the future of Manchester United’s right-back position.
The transfer could also mean the end of Ashley Young‘s time at Old Trafford which most fans would be ok with.
