Championship side Bristol City are desperate to capture the signing of Chelsea centre back Tomas Kalas on a permanent deal according to Goal.
Kalas had a successful season at Ashton Gate last season as they just missed out on the playoffs.
The Czech Republic international has had previous loan spells with Fulham and Middlesbrough, helping the Cottagers to the Premier League in 2017/18.

The Robins will be keen to get the 26-year-old in as they look to push for the Premier League and better their last season finish.
The Robins are reportedly looking to bring in up to seven permanent signings in their bid to get to the Premier League.
Kalas seems to be one of the top priorities, playing a key part in their defence last season under Lee Johnson.
Kalas joined Chelsea back in 2010 where he signed for £5.2 million from Olomouc and is currently Chelsea’s longest-serving player, despite not featuring much for the first-team.
