Manchester United star Marcus Rashford has had a stern message to pass onto his teammates following their disappointing loss to Manchester City.
The academy product was clearly not happy with the quality on show from his side and the difference between the two teams was evident in the 2-0 defeat.
With the fixture taking place at Old Trafford, United fans were even more hurt than usual, particularly because it hurts their chances of Champions League qualification as well.
Rashford ran himself into the ground but unfortunately couldn’t get himself on the scoresheet as his goalless run continues.
The Englishman needs to find his form with just three games remaining in the season, otherwise the Red Devils are in trouble.
Rashford: “Forget top four, forget the Champions League. It’s about being #mufc again and playing like we know we can.” #mulive [sky]

Though Manchester United are currently in their worst form of the season, there has to be a balanced approach when analysing Ole Gunnar Solskjaer’s era.
After all, this is the same crop of players who were outstanding at the start of his reign, beating the likes of Tottenham, Arsenal, Chelsea and PSG.
Something has gone wrong since with some claiming it’s a fitness issue while others believe it’s an attitude issue.
Marcus seems to hint it’s the latter and if that’s the case then fans can rest assured knowing Solskjaer will not tolerate any of it.
