Paris Saint-Germain have reportedly turned down the opportunity to sign Chelsea flop Tiemoue Bakayoko.
According to Paris United, as cited on Calciomercato, the Ligue 1 giants have been offered the chance to sign the player at the end of the season.
Milan have the chance to sign the Frenchman permanently as part of their loan agreement, but there are concerns that they may not take up that option following their recent FFP problems.

After being found guilty of breaching FFP restrictions, serious doubts have been cast over Milan’s immediate transfer business.
The Italian side can sign the player in a deal worth around €40 million, but it is believed that they would be interested in a cut-price move, providing they can negotiate a price with Chelsea.
After failing to impress at Chelsea, Bakayoko has regularly been linked with moves back to France as he faces a bleak future at Stamford Bridge.
