Chelsea have discovered their fate for the next round of the Europa League.
Maurizio Sarri’s side have been drawn against Malmo in the last 32 of the Europa League.
Chelsea secured what on paper is the ‘easier’ draw after finishing at the top of Group L.
The games are scheduled to take place on 14 and 21 February.
Chelsea have the added bonus of having the second leg of the tie at home as a result of winning their group.
Sarri has taken the competition seriously so far this season and the Italian is likely to continue doing so.
With Champions League qualification on the line, teams are offered what could be considered as an easier route back to Europe’s elite competition by winning the Europa League.
Sarri will also be keen to get his hands on a trophy, something he is yet to do during his coaching career.
