Former Chelsea manager Antonio Conte says he intends to return to management next June.
The 49-year-old was relieved of his duties at Stamford Bridge during the summer, having led the Blues to the Premier League title in 2016/17 and FA Cup a year later.
Conte has been heavily linked with the vacant Real Madrid job since Julen Lopetegui was sacked, but the rumours appear to have cooled in recent times.
Speaking to reporters about his future, the Italian admitted next summer will likely see him return, preferably to his homeland:

Real Madrid? As I see it, it is better to wait until the end of the season than to take a train running now.
I want to wait for June and start again with a new project. In three months I could change my mind and deny everything, but I’ve always thought of it this way.
Of course, I am Italian and I like to live and train in Italy, obviously, at the moment there is an incredible dominance of Juventus, but the pursuers are they are strengthening year after year.

Conte has built up a reputation as one of Europe’s top coaches for a number of years now, following excellent spells with Juventus and Chelsea.
His time in west London may have ended on more of a negative note, but he won’t be without suitors next summer.
