Manchester United fans have been proven right for their concern over Alexis Sanchez’s recent performances after statistics surfaced following the draw with Wolves.
Jose Mourinho’s men failed to grab all three points at Old Trafford on Saturday afternoon ending their run of three straight wins.
Things appeared to be on the rise for United but they’ve suffered an untimely bump in the road with their 1-1 result.
Sanchez was handed a start after being rested mid-week but still failed to do anything noteworthy and was substituted in favour of Anthony Martial.
Time might be running out for the Chilean to prove himself and the Frenchman might be the one to steal his starting XI spot.
Alexis Sánchez has now gone 831 minutes without scoring a Premier League goal.

Alexis Sánchez had a lower pass accuracy (69.7%) than any other outfield Man Utd player that started vs. Wolves.

A worryingly long time since the last time Alexis grabbed a Premier League goal and that trend could continue.
There are no indications of him getting out of his slump and it might be better for Mourinho to drop him entirely.
Either that or a tactical change will be necessary to get the best out of one of United’s key players on paper.
The low passing accuracy is another fact that adds frustration to his already poor performances as he tends to lose the ball far more than his teammates.
