Marcus Rashford looked in good nick at St George’s Park yesterday during training with England ahead of Saturday’s meeting with Spain in the UEFA Nations League.
The youngster went to the World Cup with England and notably scored a penalty in the shootout win over Colombia in the last 16.
He has struggled in the early stages of the new campaign, making only one start and receiving his first career red card against Burnley on Sunday.
But he was back to his old tricks training for England, controlling the ball superbly in an attacking drill before firing accurately into the bottom corner.
Nice finish, @MarcusRashford!

There is a tendency to claim Rashford’s career, following an explosive start, is heading in a downward spiral. Only half of his appearances came from the starting XI last season and his performances as the season went on dipped. Many have called for him to look elsewhere.
But, honestly, why would he? Rashford is not a guaranteed starter like Kylian Mbappe but he remains constantly involved for both club and country. Both Jose Mourinho and Gareth Southgate value him.
Most professionals fail to achieve that in their career. Rashford has managed it aged 20. The future remains bright.
