Mohamed Salah has made comments about his time as a Chelsea player, in an interview with Sky Sports.
The Blues signed the winger from Basel in 2014 as a highly thought of 21-year-old, but the Egyptian did little to impact matches at Stamford Bridge.

Making just 13 appearances in his time wearing a blue shirt (with a pair of loans to Roma and Fiorentina in that time), manager Jose Mourinho decided to pursue other options, selling Salah to Roma.
After two seasons in Italy on a permanent basis, the speedster made his return to the Premier League with a £36.5 million transfer to Liverpool.
40 goals in all competitions later, and it’s the Blues left red-faced. Heading towards a Europa League spot, it seems the goal-scoring prowess of Mohamed Salah could have been put to good use in Antonio Conte’s side.
Salah wasn’t particularly complimentary about Chelsea in his interview:
I didn’t play. You can see by the numbers. I didn’t have my chance, but you can see when I did get my chance I proved some people wrong.
Because in my mind I have to succeed here, when I left the Premier League I said I’d come back, and when I had the chance, I came.

The Golden Boot hopeful admitted he was a different player today, however:
You can see the difference [in me] between now, a year before, two years before that. Every year, every day, every month I am proving myself. I always try to see my weakness, work on it, to be better as a person and a player, everything.
