Paul Pogba has explained how Manchester United beat Arsenal 2-1 by keeping themselves in the opposition half and creating chances.
The Frenchman starred in the clash vs the Gunners with it being Arsene Wenger’s final match at Old Trafford and it’s fair to say he had a lot to do with the three points.
Pogba grabbed the opener for United as he found himself in the opposition box pouncing on some good overall play from Alexis Sanchez and Romelu Lukaku.
The former Juventus man featured in his preferred role as part of a midfield trio so it was no surprise to see him perform at a high level.
Marouane Fellaini was the man to grab the winner in injury time but it was Paul who should make the headlines in tomorrow’s newspapers.
Pogba: “We had a lot of chances, we were in their half, Fella came on. We know his ability in the box. We crossed it and he put it in.” #mufc [Sky]

Pogba: “The team played well, that’s the most important. Me I feel very good, the team feels very good. That’s it. Good season would be the league, we didn’t have it. We’ve been second for a long time, we have the final.” #mufc [Sky]

Manchester United fans will certainly be delighted to hear Paul Pogba feels good as reports linked him with a move away from the club.
Real Madrid and PSG were said to be interested in the talented midfielder but it appears that the rumours were all false.
Pogba celebrated his goalscoring performance vs Manchester City by pointing to the United badge and he also asked fans to dismiss any speculation from the media.
