Chelsea and Arsenal will face competition from Ligue 1 duo Paris Saint-Germain and Monaco for Watford forward Richarlison.
The Mirror reports that both clubs are keeping tabs on the player, who has been valued at £40 million, despite his dip in form.
Chelsea have been long-term admirers of the Brazilian and were heavily linked with him before he made the move to Watford.
Richarlison was one of the players to impress during the first half of the season, which resulted in links to big-money summer moves.
The 20-year-old has scored five times in the Premier League this season but has failed to find the back of the net since November.
Watford are bracing themselves for interest from bigger European clubs at the end of the season and are in line to make a hefty profit on the £11 million they spent on the player last summer.
