Chelsea player ratings: Swansea (A)

Chelsea laboured to a 1-0 win over Swansea, giving them a small hope of Champions League football next season.

The Blues are now just two points off Spurs in the race for the final Champions League spot, as Chelsea look to recover in what has been a disappointing season for the Blues.

Cesc Fabregas got the only goal of the game early on, beating Swansea at the Liberty Stadium. This was the first time the Swans had lost at home since early January.
