Chelsea have reportedly considered a swoop for Hoffenheim manager Julian Nagelsmann.
According to a report from the Telegraph, the Blues are keen to take a different direction in their pursuit of a new manager, with Antonio Conte headed for the exit door.
Nagelsmann has enjoyed plenty of success at Hoffenheim since taking over, with the young German having established himself as one of the most promising managers in European football.

The Blues are understood to be keen on appointing a manager who can employ a long-term project at the club whilst competing in the short-term, venturing away from some of the usual appointments they have made in recent years.
A number of managers have been linked with the Chelsea post, namely Luis Enrique and Maurizio Sarri, but it seems more left-field options such as Nagelsmann have been brought up in discussions.
Hoffenheim, led by the 30-year-old, are currently sat in sixth place on the Bundesliga table.
