Former Tottenham Hotspur boss Tim Sherwood has criticised Paul Pogba for ‘playing for himself’ during Manchester United’s 2-2 draw over Leicester City.
The Frenchman struggled to influence the game during the early stages and fired a number of frustrating wayward shots wide.
He grew into the game during the second half and released Marcus Rashford with a sublime pass to make it 3-1, only for the youngster to fluff his lines.
And Sherwood, speaking after the game, hit out at the Frenchman for failing to play for the team.
Tim Sherwood on Paul Pogba: 'I see him play well for himself, I don't see him play well for the team. I think everything he does has got loads of self indulgence in it.' #MUFC #FRA

Sherwood is still somehow given a voice on national television, despite not being relevant for years. Or perhaps ever. He is the football punditry equivalent to Nigel Farage.
And his criticism of Pogba is more reflective of the stereotypes that surround him rather than actually what happened.
Aside from a few needless shots, Pogba didn’t play for himself, yet merits criticism for his decision making.
There were times, once again, when he appeared to overthink his time on the ball and forge something that wasn’t there. When Pogba simplified things – a flick, an interception, a carefully constructed long pass – he had an impact on the game.
But this was another example of the 24-year-old continuing to struggle for balance on the ball alongside the superb Nemanja Matic.
