Photo: Fans will love seeing picture of Diallo in Man United kit

New Manchester United star Amad Diallo has posted a picture which shows him wearing the club’s kit for the first time since arriving.

The young Ivorian finally completed his transfer from Atalanta, having originally been bought during the summer transfer window.

Diallo’s arrival has excited fans who look forward to seeing him develop into the top player he’s expected to be.

Ole Gunnar Solskjaer has attempted to cool down expectations but United’s right-wing position has long been an area of weakness.

Diallo is unlikely to settle in fast but if he can even do half of what Bruno Fernandes did last winter transfer window, then the Red Devils’ have a brilliant player on their hands.

Diallo has some competition on the right-wing as well with Juan Mata, Jesse Lingard and Mason Greenwood all playing in that position.

Even Marcus Rashford has featured there on occassion but the good news is that none of them are a natural in that role similar to the teenage winger.

This means if Diallo can string together a good run of performances then there’s no reason why he can’t lock down that position for himself.

Facundo Pellistri is also meant to be on the fringes of the first team and is expected to make his debut, further bolstering a weak position.
