Tottenham star Christian Eriksen is seemingly open to a move to Manchester United as his contract continues to run out ahead of the January transfer window.
The talented Dane is believed to be the target of multiple clubs and with his deal running out next summer, he’ll have the pick of the bunch.
United are said to be amongst those keen and it was rumoured a January move will help them jump ahead of the queue.
With former boss Jose Mourinho at Tottenham now, many felt a move for Eriksen would no longer be possible but it appears as though that is not the case.
If ever there was a time that proved the Red Devils need numbers in midfield then it’s now with the likes of Scott McTominay, Paul Pogba and Nemanja Matic all out injured.
Despite his preference of Real Madrid, Christian Eriksen is said to have an attraction to the scale of #mufc as one of the biggest clubs in the world #mulive [the athletic]

Manchester United’s lack of quality in midfield is well known as they often struggle to transition from the defensive third into the attacking third.
In fact, against Aston Villa, after witnessing a horrible first-half, Ole Gunnar Solskjaer seemed to tell his players to bypass the midfield entirely.
Tactically that certainly made sense given Fred and Andreas Pereira‘s inability to keep the ball in midfield.
