Ole Gunnar Solskjaer has revealed that late decisions will need to be made over the fitness of several key players ahead of Manchester United’s clash with Liverpool.
The Norwegian only spoke of one individual, David de Gea, who he ruled out of the clash following the Spaniard’s groin injury whilst playing for Spain.
However, questions continue to loom over the fitness of Paul Pogba, Jesse Lingard, Anthony Martial, Luke Shaw, Aaron Wan-Bissaka, Diogo Dalot, Phil Jones and Mason Greenwood, who all entered the international break with injuries.
Speaking ahead of the game, Solskjaer was notably coy about the fitness of his injured players.
Solskjær: "Of course I would like to tell you positive news. Hopefully we’ll see on Sunday who’s come through the last two sessions because there are players that just started training, on the verge of coming back, so can’t really say." #mulive

While Liverpool fans can probably name every player in their side’s XI for Sunday, United fans can only grasp at guesses, speculation.
We will simply have to wait until the 11th hour to see what kind of United team will be available their most important game of the season so far. It promises to be a nerve-wracking weekend for all concerned.
