Purpose of processing
We use the information you give us to send you marketing emails that might be interesting to you.
We will only use your information for the stated purpose if you expressly consent to it. You can withdraw your consent at any time, which is explained in this Notice under the section about your rights.

Sharing and transferring of your data
Your data are shared with and transferred to the Oracle Corporation, which is the provider of the Eloqua marketing automation tool that we use to facilitate email marketing activities. The Oracle Corporation is certificated under the EU-U.S. Privacy Shield, which guarantees that adequate data protection standards are in place when your data are transferred.
Your rights
Since we are an EU-based company, the processing of your data falls under the scope of the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (General Data Protection Regulation - ‘GDPR’). Under the GDPR you are entitled to:
- request access to your personal data;
- request correction or deletion of your personal data;
- request portability of your personal data;
- request that we limit our use and processing of your personal data;
- withdraw your consent to receiving a Newsletter, by clicking the unsubscribe link at the end of every email we send you;

Arsenal are reportedly set to appoint former Invincible star Edu as the club’s new technical director (via the Daily Mail).
The club’s search for a technical director has been a lengthy process but it could soon reach a climax.
Arsenal have been on the lookout for a potential appointee for months but things only got more complicated after the departure of Sven Mislintat in February.
The German had expected to be named in the position as part of the major reorganisation in the club’s hierarchy.
However, that was not the case but it seems as if a candidate has been identified and looks set to be appointed.
Edu Gaspar made over 120 appearances for the club during his five-year stint in North London in the early-2000s.
After his retirement, Edu moved into a director of football role at Corinthians before taking on a general co-ordinator role with the Brazilian football federation.
Speculation has been rife for months but it now looks likely that Edu will join Arsenal as the club’s technical director later this summer.
Brazil are currently taking part in the Copa America but it seems as if Edu’s move to the Emirates is in an advanced stage.
It could be an encouraging piece of news for Arsenal. The club is certainly missing some degree of organisation with the technical director attempting to tie many aspects of the structure together. Let’s hope Edu Gaspar is the right man for the job.
