Manchester United legend Gary Neville has warned his former teammate Ole Gunnar Solskjaer of a possible dressing room problem, stating the lack of true, good influence is apparent in the squad.
The Norwegian has enough issues at the moment as it is with the most obvious one being the lack of transfers, whether incoming or outgoing, so far this summer.
Solskjaer had previously spoken of the need to gradually make changes to the squad but he had also insisted some players played their last games at the end of the season.
However, so far, only Ander Herrera has departed and that was only because negotiations over a new contract didn’t end well.
Meanwhile Neville has perhaps hinted at the need to make a certain type of signing, pointing to the lack of influence in the dressing room.
Neville: "There are some good professionals, Mata for instance. Herrera, when he was there and McTominay – you can see he’s a good lad and wants to play football. But I don’t think they carry the influence in the dressing room to be able to dominate the culture." #mulive [men]

There may be truth to Gary’s words but one must wonder how he knows as it’s a rather specific matter that only those inside the dressing room could know.
Perhaps Solskjaer has told the former right-back in a private conversation in a way to make a statement to his squad, knowing that the pundit would express that concern to the demanding media.
