Maurizio Sarri’s Chelsea future is looking bleaker and bleaker, with reports in Italy suggesting he could make Isco his first signing for Juventus.
The Italian head coach is being heavily linked with a move to Turin this summer to replace Massimo Allegri.
According to Tuttosport, as cited on the Daily Mail, Sarri is set to make a move for Real Madrid’s Isco, who himself is facing an uncertain future at his current club.
It is being claimed that a £60 million deal could be on the cards, with both Real and Juventus looking to rebuild their squads this summer.
Sarri has been among the favourites to replace Allegri this summer, with former Blue Frank Lampard being linked with an emotional return to Stamford Bridge.
Chelsea’s hopes of landing their former midfielder may have been boosted after the Rams missed out on promotion back to the Premier League on Monday.
