Manchester United star Paul Pogba may have more suitors than initially anticipated with Barcelona reportedly planning on signing him too.
The Frenchman was originally linked with a move to Real Madrid, particularly after his positive comments and Zinedine Zidane’s return to the capital.
The midfielder’s high wages and likely high price-tag was believed to have put off most top European clubs from signing him but that’s rather proven to be false.
Along with the two Spanish giants, Juventus are also said to be keen on bring Pogba back to Italy to help them in their quest for the Champions League title.
United may have a real struggle on their hands if the pace continues to pick up as it was only Madrid who were attempting to sign him.
According to the Mirror, Tuttosport report that Barcelona will sell Ivan Rakitic in order to fund a £130m bid for Paul’s signature in an effort to beat their rivals to the transfer.
The figure mentioned above is believed to be the sum the Red Devils are looking to recuperate so that could mean a move is on the cards.
Pogba would almost be guaranteed titles with the Spanish champions and perhaps with his signature they’ll compete in Europe too.
