Chelsea target Kostas Manolas is reportedly keen to leave AS Roma.
The Blues had been linked with a summer swoop for the defender, and according to claims from Italy, he is looking to depart Stadio Olimpico in the near future.
Manolas is believed to have a release clause in his contract worth €36 million, and the Blues are among the teams who have been put on red alert.
It seems ahead of the 2019/20 campaign, the Greek defender is targeting pastures new. According to a report from Leggo, as cited by Calciomercato, he and Edin Dzeko are two Roma stars who are looking to move away from the club this summer.
Chelsea are set to face a two-window transfer ban after breaching UEFA regulations, but they have still been linked with moves for players in the current transfer window.
Manolas has been a key player for Roma over the years, but it appears his time in Italy could be coming to an end.
