Chelsea have been handed a massive boost in the lead up to the Europa League final as N’Golo Kante has returned to full training.
Kante was forced off with an injured hamstring early into the Blues’ game with Watford in their penultimate game of the season.
It was feared that the Frenchman would go onto miss the final, but now it looks like he was recovered just in time to be fully fit and firing for the meeting with Arsenal.

Kante has been a mainstay in the side all season and is clearly one of Chelsea’s most important players given what he offers the team in the midfield area.
Chelsea have been really unlucky with injuries as of late. Callum Hudson-Odoi and Antonio Rudiger both suffered serious injuries and will miss several months of action.
Then in a post-season friendly with New England Revolution, Ruben Loftus-Cheek ruptured his Achilles tendon in his ankle, which means the midfielder will also miss the final next Wednesday.
This makes the news of Kante’s return all the more important, as Chelsea would have been really hamstrung in the centre of midfield going into the final had the 28-year-old also been ruled out of the game with Arsenal.
