Chelsea striker Tammy Abraham has emerged as a target for Everton, according to a report from Football Insider.
The forward is currently enjoying a loan spell at Aston Villa, where he has flourished this season. From 37 appearances in the Championship, the youngster has scored on 25 occasions.
Abraham’s future at Stamford Bridge has come under scrutiny of late, and it seems a tug of war over his services could ensue in the summer transfer window.
Everton are the latest club to be touted as potential suitors for the England Under-21 international, who has been one of Aston Villa’s standout performers in their pursuit for promotion to the Premier League this season.
Marco Silva already has the likes of Dominic Calvert-Lewin, Richarlison and Cenk Tosun at his disposal but Football Insider reports that the Toffees are keen to add Abraham to their ranks.
The striker’s contract at Chelsea runs until 2022, and the club could, as per the report, make a decision on his future based on whether they must serve a two-window transfer ban.
