As we enter the closing stages of the season, one thing always remains the same – Premier League teams’ kits for when the new campaign kicks off in August start emerging online.
Most of the time it’s the usual suspect, Footy Headlines, revealing the future strips and they’ve now exclusively told their readers, as cited by football.london, what Chelsea’s 2019-20 home shirt is set to look like.
The page shows what the Blues’ shorts look like and later provides a description of the shirt, stating that the base colours will once again be ‘rush blue complemented by a white and red trim’.
Manchester United caught eyes in the 1990s with their home kit with an image of Old Trafford placed on the front, and the page reveals that is what Chelsea are looking to gain inspiration from with this.
It certainly sounds interesting and will be great to see what it comes out like when officially confirmed, but for now what is your favourite Chelsea shirt from the past 10 years?
