Eden Hazard has eased fears amongst Chelsea fans that he might be plotting a Stamford Bridge exit with his most recent comments about the management style of Maurizio Sarri.
The winger has admitted that his team haven’t quite got the hang of the eccentric Italian’s playing style yet, but conceded that he is a fan of the exciting brand of football being rolled out at Stamford Bridge.

Speaking to the Times, the Belgian said:
Possession! Possession! The manager likes possession! He’s a lot about statistics. Numbers. Possession. Shooting. Goal opportunity,
In the past we used to play more counterattack. It is different with Sarri than with Conte and Mourinho. Sometimes we keep possession, and I understand the fans want us to go forward [more directly], but it is part of the football.
We are still learning about his concept. We are doing well. I like this kind of football.
Speculation has been rife that the 28-year-old is keen on a Real Madrid switch, but his fondness for his manager may alleviate concerns amongst the Blues faithful that their star man is here to stay.
Sarri is a great manager. He’s an old man but the way he thinks is the same way I think about football.
