Eden Hazard was full of praise for his new teammate Gonzalo Higuain following Saturday’s 5-0 victory over Huddersfield, France 24 report.
The Blues bounced back from their defeat to Bournemouth with an emphatic performance against the Premier League’s bottom side, with both Hazard and Higuain scoring twice.
Higuain opened his account for Chelsea in impressive fashion following his loan move from Juventus in January, with an intelligent run and finish for his first goal and a brilliant strike from range for his second to put the Blues 4-0 up.
Chelsea boss Maurizio Sarri was happy with how Hazard and Higuain both linked up during Saturday’s victory, stating they both compliment how the other plays, and that was evident throughout the win over Huddersfield.
Hazard has clearly been impressed by the Argentine thus far and recognised his eye for a goal.
He’s a great striker. He’s a bit less of a target man than [Olivier] Giroud, but he can hold the ball, he can play one touches. He’s intelligent. In the box he’s unbelievable. He will score more goals.
Victory over Huddersfield lifted the Blues back into fourth in the league, three points above Arsenal who take on champions Manchester City on Sunday afternoon.
