AC Milan and Lazio are eyeing a deal to sign Chelsea winger Lucas Piazon in January.
According to Calcio Mercato, the pair, along with Sampdoria, are looking into the possibility of signing him next month.
The report claims that the three clubs have already had contact with Chelsea regarding a deal, with Piazon set to leave Stamford Bridge.
He spent last season on loan to Fulham, helping them gain promotion to the Premier League, but the Cottagers did not take him on a permanent deal.

The Brazilian has since been in limbo, with Milan, Sampdoria and Lazio potentially offering him a way out.
Calcio Mercato claim that all three clubs would be willing to give Chelsea 50% on any profits made from selling Piazon in the future – if they are allowed a cut-price deal in January on the forward.
