Lyon captain Nabil Fekir may be allowed to leave the club in January, according to reports in L’Equipe.
The 25-year-old has struggled to find his best form this season, having come close to leaving in the summer.
Fekir was famously close to joining Liverpool, only for a knee issue to be detected at the eleventh hour.
Chelsea were also believed to be in the running for the midfielder’s signature and that interest may now be reignited.
Due to Fekir’s patchy showings, the Ligue 1 are now not against the idea of him leaving next month.

Lyon owner Jean-Michel Aulas will be aware that the player’s value is dropping all the time, as his contract slowly runs down.
Liverpool have been linked with coming back in for the France international and Chelsea could, too.
Maurizio Sarri is keen to add creativity in attacking midfield areas, with goals and assists coming at a premium in the middle of the park this season.
Fekir would provide exactly that, adding some much-needed spark to the second-half of the Blues’ campaign.
It is a saga that could rumble on in January and it would be a surprise if Chelsea didn’t at least show an interest.
