Zinedine Zidane’s agent Alain Migliaccio has dismissed reports linking the manager with the job at Manchester United.
The Frenchman is the favourite to replace Jose Mourinho who has struggled so far in his third season at Old Trafford.
Zidane’s excellent record with Real Madrid in recent years has seen him propelled into becoming an elite manager and plenty of clubs would love to have him.
Migliaccio has addressed claims the former Juventus man is being courted by United, insisting he has no interest in managing in England.
There were other rumours lurking that stated Zinedine would be more interested in managing the Italian giants instead and is simply waiting for his opportunity.
According to Manchester Evening News, Alain said: “I do not think that he will manage in England. It is much less his style.
“I have discussed it with him, it does not really attract him. He has chosen to have a year out, he will not dive in again before that is over.”
Zidane infamously decided to walk away from his job in Spain with no real reason stated and is currently said to be in a sabbatical.
Mourinho was also reportedly set to be sacked regardless of the result of the clash against Newcastle.
Those reports seemed to be set to come true with the away side winning 2-0 within 10 minutes but the Red Devils somehow managed to turn things around and win 3-2.
Due to the manner of the victory, many believe there’s no way Jose could be fired now but it’s likely he’s still on borrowed time.
