Arsenal have officially confirmed their new kit deal with Adidas, starting from next season.
There have been rumours for upwards of a year that Arsenal would not be continuing their kit sponsorship deal with Puma.
The contract is set to expire at the end of the season and there have been reports for some time that a number of other manufacturers were interested.
The likes of Nike, Adidas and even a renegotiation of Puma’s deal were reported as the interested parties.
Now, there has been an official announcement from the club that Adidas will be making Arsenal’s shirts from next season.

The German manufacturers made the Gunners’ kits from 1986 until 1994 before Nike took over.
The deal is said to be worth £60 million per year to the club, equalling Chelsea’s current deal with Nike, the second largest in the Premier League.
It’s great to see this has finally been confirmed. The Adidas deal will double Arsenal’s current income from Puma which will certainly help things moving forward. Adidas have made some excellent kits down the years including the famous Bruised Banana strip for the Gunners.
