Manchester United star Alexis Sanchez was on form during the win against Burnley on Sunday afternoon and the stats back him quite well.
The Chilean grabbed an assist for Romelu Lukaku but arguably deserved more in the 2-0 victory.
United almost saw their hard work become undone when substitute Marcus Rashford got himself sent off.
The youngster actually came on for Sanchez but unfortunately saw red. Thankfully Jose Mourinho’s men held on.
Alexis’s performance saw him become better than Chelsea’s Eden Hazard and Tottenham’s Christian Eriksen in terms of how many chances he creates per game.
Alexis Sanchez has now created more chances per game (2.7) than:
Eden Hazard (2.5)
Christian Eriksen (2)
Benjamin Mendy (1.8)
Naby Keita (0.8)Flop. pic.twitter.com/UcJA51hexv

Although the former Arsenal man is known for his goalscoring and dribbling skills, he’s actually more of a playmaker than most give him credit for.
The Red Devils’ fanbase are yet to see the best from him but his performance vs Burnley is a start.
An assist for Sanchez was ultimately the reward of fine playmaking skill though some would argue he still needs to be a bit more refined.
The former Barcelona man tends to play risky passes leading to him giving away the ball frequently.
This can frustrate supporters but it’s also key to how he ends up with creating a lot of chances and assists.
