Diogo Dalot could be set to make his Manchester United debut after being included in the travelling squad for the Reds; trip to Switzerland on Wednesday.
The Portuguese full-back signed from FC Porto in the summer, but arrived with a pre-existing injury that has stopped him from making his debut.
Dalot has played the last two consecutive games for the club’s under-23s side, and now looks ready to join the first team for the fixture against Young Boys.
Luke Shaw is back in the Man United squad, too, having missed out on the matchday squad for last Saturday’s game against Watford through concussion, which he suffered while on international duty with England.
Manager Jose Mourinho confirmed after the win at Vicarage Road that Shaw would be staring on Wednesday, as United look to kick off their UEFA Champions League group stage campaign with a victory.
Many have warned of the need not to underestimate their opponents, Young Boys. It could prove a classic case of doing so, and suffering a humiliating defeat.
