He’s become something of a forgotten man at Arsenal which is strange considering he’s the club captain.
Laurent Koscielny hasn’t really been seen at Arsenal since suffering that Achilles injury back in the Europa League semi-final against Atletico Madrid.
The Frenchman wasn’t expected to train before December but several weeks ago that day was pushed forward and now, it has been pushed again.
In the team news for the Premier League match with Cardiff City, the club has confirmed that Koscielny will now return to full training in November.
Also expected to return by November are the other players currently missing from the squad including Sead Kolasinac, Ainsley Maitland-Niles and Carl Jenkinson.
It’s great to hear that Laurent Koscielny is progressing well ahead of schedule. The Frenchman has been a great player for the club and it will be fascinating to see how he develops under Unai Emery.
