Chelsea are reportedly preparing to offer Eden Hazard a bumper new deal to secure his long-term future at the club.
Reports from Belgian outlet DH claim that the Blues are readying a new offer for the player after previously trying to re-open talks.
Hazard has already rejected an approach from the Blues to renew his new deal, with three years left to run on his current contract.
The player is believed to be earning a reported €225,000 a week, but the new deal could see that rise to as much as €334,000 a week.
Hazard has long been linked with Real Madrid and speculation about his future intensified over the summer following Cristiano Ronaldo’s move to Juventus.
A new challenge has often appealed to Hazard, who has never hidden his intention to test himself in his career.
Reports over the summer suggested that Hazard wanted to see Chelsea strengthen in an attempt to convince him to stay, so a new deal may not be out of the question for the Belgian.
