Athletic Bilbao goalkeeper Kepa is the latest name to be linked with a move to Stamford Bridge.
According to El Correo, the Blues are keen on bringing the player to London this summer but are yet to make contact over any potential deal.
The report claims that Chelsea would need to activate the player’s €80 million release clause to stand any chance of signing the young goalkeeper.
Kepa, who had previously been heavily linked with a move to Real Madrid, has been earmarked as a potential replacement for Thibaut Courtois.

Madrid turned their attention to Kepa earlier this year when it seemed unlikely that either David De Gea or Courtois would make the move to Spain.
The latter is now pushing for a move to the La Liga giants as the clock ticks down on the summer transfer window.
Chelsea are searching far and wide for a replacement for the Belgian shot-stopper, but Stoke City’s Jack Butland remains the most likely to arrive before Thursday’s deadline.
