Leicester manager Claude Puel has confirmed that the club have received no offers for Chelsea target Kasper Schmeichel.
Puel has said that Leicester are yet to receive a bid for Schmeichel, who has been linked to Chelsea and Roma in recent weeks.
Schmeichel has been touted as a possible replacement for Alisson at Roma, who joined Liverpool for a world-record £66m earlier this week.
Chelsea are looking to sort out the future of their number one spot, with Thibaut Courtois expected to complete a move to Real Madrid in the coming weeks.
Courtois has one year left on his Chelsea contract and has reportedly agreed a deal to sign for the Spanish giants.
Schmeichel is one name touted as a possible replacement, but Chelsea are yet to make a firm offer, according to Puel.
Speaking to Sky Sports, Puel said this:
I am not troubled about this.
Of course Kasper is a very important player for us. He had a very strong World Cup. We need Kasper, with his character, his performance and his consistency.
In response to a question about offers for Schmeichel, Puel said:
No. There is no problem with this.
There is a lot of speculation at this moment, it is normal.
