Chelsea are not prepared to meet Manchester United’s valuation of forward Anthony Martial this summer.
According to The Times, via The BBC, Chelsea and Bayern Munich are both interested in Martial.
The report claims that neither side is willing to do business with Manchester United at £83m, which is the price tag they have placed on Martial’s head.
Martial is thought to be out of favour under Jose Mourinho and keen to leave Old Trafford to be a regular elsewhere.

Chelsea are eyeing up potential replacements for Willian, who has been heavily linked with a move to Spanish giants Barcelona.
Willian is thought to have been the subject of a £55m bid from Barcelona, which Chelsea could yet accept.
It does not appear as though his replacement will be Martial, unless Manchester United decide to lower their demands for the French forward.
Martial joined United from AS Monaco for £58m in 2015 and has scored 36 goals in 136 appearances for the club.
