Chelsea have reportedly offered Juventus a cash and player deal to sign both Gonzalo Higuain and Mattia Caldara.
SportItalia, as cited on Calciomercato, claim that the Blues are willing to offer Alvaro Morata and €55 million in a deal to bring the duo to London.
Both Chelsea and AC Milan are interested in a deal to sign Higuain, who is set to leave Juventus this summer.
The arrival of Cristiano Ronaldo from Real Madrid has left the Old Lady needing to sell the Argentinian striker.
Regular game time is no longer guaranteed for the striker and as one of the club’s highest earners, a deal to sell the player would bring in valuable funds to balance the books.
Both Caldara and Daniele Rugani have been linked with moves to Chelsea, with Maurizio Sarri keen to strengthen defensively, but Milan’s interest in Higuain could scupper Chelsea’s chances of landing both Caldara and the former Real Madrid forward.
