Manchester United and France star Paul Pogba has shockingly revealed that this World Cup in Russia may be his last one despite only being 25 years of age.
Players tend to announce that international competitions are their last ones when they’re at the end of their careers but the former Juventus man has explained why he feels this may be his last.
Pogba has had a mixed season at United but it was arguably better than his debut one after completing his transfer from Juventus when Jose Mourinho first arrived.
The Frenchman started the campaign in incredible form, proving to be the core reason why his side started so well, blowing teams away in the opening fixtures of the Premier League.
However, Paul soon suffered an injury that would affect a chunk of his season as he failed to fully recover and get things going until the end of the season.
Pogba: “It might be my last World Cup. I’m realistic, we don’t know if I’ll be called up, maybe other players will be better than me. I hope I’ll play more. I’ve already had the chance to play two, some can only dream to play one.”

As humble as the academy product is being, it’s quite impossible to imagine a France side that doesn’t include him in the squad to any major tournament.
Just like with the Red Devils, Pogba is largely what the team is trying to be built around as he has that much potential to lead his club and country to glory.
