Chelsea Predicted XI: West Ham (H)

Chelsea will be determined to return to winning ways when they welcome West Ham to Stamford Bridge on Sunday afternoon.

The Blues have suffered a difficult season in the Premier League and succumbed to a rare home defeat against Tottenham Hotspur last weekend.

West Ham, however, will be full of confidence ahead of their trip across London. David Moyes’ men were able to demolish Southampton with a 3-0 at home, putting distance between themselves and the relegation zone.

Chelsea will be well aware that their chances of finishing in the top four are slim this season but will hope to give their fans something to cheer in what promises to be an intriguing affair.
